An amazing holiday
I would like to thank Karen Kettle from the bottom of my heart for her help with organizing our recent family trip to Azul Beach in Cancun.
We were nervous about Mexico because of some of the negative press it has had in the past but once Karen had narrowed down our vacation choices, it was clear that Azul Beach was the vacation spot for us. We were travelling with 2 small children so food quality and safetly were very important to us.
There is much to be said for agents who do their homework. Karen and some of her good clients have visited this property and it certainly was an excellent recommendation.
Karen was able to provide a complimentary room upgrade for us and even called Air Canada to pre-book our seats in advance.
The little touches make all the difference for our family.

Just a note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Glenn was a fine tour guide. We did find it humourous when we found that eleven of us would be riding in a 49 passenger bus. That said, Peter, the driver, could manipulate that vehicle through the narrowest of places. Thank you again.

Kind and Understanding
Good morning Karen,
I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know what a great trip we had with Glenn as our tour guide. He knows so much and was able to make it all so interesting. Even though dad could not see anything he got so much out of the trip because Glenn was always there explaining what we were seeing and all the background info that made it very special for dad. Both Glenn & Peter were so kind and understanding of dad’s blindness and age that there was never any time dad felt he shouldn’t be there, this on its own made the trip so special for all 3 of us.
In closing I would like to say that this was indeed a trip of a life time that I will always treasure. The memories will last a life time. Glenn & Peter make a great team, their kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much.

What a fantastic resort!
Hi Carolyn,Just wanted to drop you a line, what a fantastic resort, loved every minute of it. The staff were great, grounds beautiful and the food delicious, lots of choice. I feel like I'm writing a review..El Dorado Seaside.Carolyn thank you so much for all your help in assisting us with our last minute trip, it was a great choice. We did get upgraded to a ocean view on the Saturday, landed on the Friday, the resort didn't have our reservation? all was fine , we did mention the upgrade which they said they would sort out as soon as the reservation came through, which it did on the Saturday and they were waiting to take us the the upgrade on the Saturday. Overall A+ in every sense.....Best wishes for a safe and joyous holiday season.Nancythanks again Carolyn, we'll be in touch next year, Bruce wants to go back.
